The Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation ("OHCSF" or "Office") is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all individuals engaging with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made to the Office.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
1.1 Service Not Delivered: If a service for which payment was made is not delivered within the stipulated timeframe.
1.2 Erroneous Payments: If an individual makes a payment in error (e.g., duplicate transactions or payments made to the wrong account).
1.3 Service Defects: If the service provided is significantly deficient or does not meet the stated purpose.


2. Conditions for Refund Requests

2.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the designated department responsible for processing payments within 14 days of the transaction.
2.2 The request must include:

  • Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction confirmation).
  • Details of the service paid for.
  • Explanation of the reason for requesting a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following types of payments are non-refundable:
3.1 Payments for services already rendered.
3.2 Administrative fees or charges for processing applications or requests.
3.3 Payments made in violation of published terms or guidelines.


4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
4.2 Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or any other agreed-upon method.
4.3 Where applicable, administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Amendments to the Refund Policy
